Some services are offered as one-off projects while others may operate on a monthly retainer basis.
4. Payments
Payments may be made via:
- Bank transfer
- PayPal
- Direct debit
- Invoice
A deposit may be required before work begins. Remaining payments may be structured as monthly payments or paid upfront depending on the package agreed with the client.
Late Payments
If payment is not received by the due date, Kept Current reserves the right to pause work and apply late payment fees where appropriate. Continued non-payment may result in termination of services.
5. Refund Policy
All payments made to Kept Current are non-refundable. Once work has commenced, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
6. Service Cancellation
Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing a minimum of 30 days written notice.
Any work scheduled or completed during the notice period remains payable.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide necessary materials, information, access, and approvals required for the completion of services.
This may include:
- Account logins
- Brand assets
- Website content
- Images or media
- Business information
If required information is delayed or not provided, project timelines may be adjusted accordingly.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, copy, or materials they provide are accurate and legally permitted for use.
8. Intellectual Property
Once full payment has been received, ownership of the final deliverables created for the client transfers to the client.
Kept Current retains the right to showcase completed work within portfolios, marketing materials, and promotional content.
9. Results Disclaimer
While Kept Current aims to provide high quality branding and digital services, specific business or marketing outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Performance results such as increased engagement, traffic, or sales depend on many factors outside of our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
Kept Current shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services provided.
